Take advantage of Industry practices that could make our services FREE to your organization. Meetings of 800 room nights or more may qualify for a special BDS contract where the hotel pays for BDS services through commissions. In such cases BDS reduces the administrative costs of the hotel by handling room reservations, providing rooming list for accurate tracking, and providing a higher level of service to your attendees. Your organization receives the same or lower room rates from hotels and other venues through our skilled negotiations on your behalf. BDS out-of-pocket expenses remain the responsibility of the client. Since BDS understands your event at levels not possible by the hotel reservation personnel, your attendees enjoy the feeling of special attention while saving your organization money.
